We collect the information you provide when creating an account and, for professionals, when creating a professional profile. We do not collect therapy notes, session content, clinical histories, diagnoses or medical records.
Account information
Name, email and role (professional or organizer). We record acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
Professional profile information
Professionals may provide professional title, registration/license details, areas of practice, biography, languages, location, availability and external connection methods.
Initiative information
Organizers provide information about initiatives. Professionals requesting to participate provide availability and initiative-specific notes.
External links
Profiles may include links to third-party tools. These tools operate independently and are governed by their own policies.
Scheduling information
When you book an appointment we store the date and time (as a UTC instant), your timezone, the modality and your reminder preferences. We do not collect session content, clinical notes or medical information. Current reminders are sent by email and in-app.
Data handling
We use information to operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can edit or request deletion of your profile information by contacting us.
